Whenever we’ve needed to know anything, she’s been prompt with responses, and anything she’s not known immediately, she’s worked her best to find it out for us. We had a turbulent experience with viewings but she always kept us in the loop and reassured us the best she could, making the frustrating situation as easy to deal with as possible.
