The agent's fees were agreeable, especially in light of an unbelievably quick turnaround, obviously having a nice property to let helps but the team were efficient in my view - spot on. Cream cakes were not mentioned on my initial discussion regarding fees but I was so pleased with the service I pain the bun fee twice.

The only negative thing that we could say about Manning Stainton is that we paid the ‚£198 administration fee as two tenants were living in the flat. This was paid on the Monday evening at 5pm on the Tuesday morning my partner was made redundant from his job, we went into the Morley store on Tuesday at around 10am and they explained they could not give us any money back even though only myself was now signing for the flat. We were quite dissapointed with this situation.

As i dont know all the references that are obtained i feel i can not comment too harshly on the fees although I do feel thay may be a little high as i work for a bank and do have some insight. As we have achieved the correct ourtome for ourselves it was worth it.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Poor service. Poor support. Lack of action. Don't make empty promises to get people to rent houses off you. If you can't follow through it shouldn't have been said and we would have gone elsewhere.
