I have let two properties in Ammanford through this company. In the case of the Betws property, two consecutive tenants left leaving the house in a horrendous state, requiring major clearing, restoring and and redecoration. Their reports said the house merely needed 'a good clean'. ...

Comment on agent fees
I did not get value for money as the properties were not supervised properly. I also lost rent because a tenant defaulted.
