I have just found this review and am very sorry to hear that our service has not met our usual high standards. I can appreciate that changes following the merger of two firms can sometimes be upsetting and we do try to minimise these. We pride ourselves on our customer service and currently hold a 98% recommendation rate. I am the lettings manager here and am unaware of any complaint from you, I would therefore be grateful if you could email me direct in order that I might address your concerns ...
