I had read the bad reviews about this estate agency but was assured that they had changed ownership, and considering most estate agents seem to have negative reviews I proceeded anyway to rent through this agency. This rental is absolutely awful. We viewed a rental with Sruli, we put an offer in, paid a holding deposit then did not hear from them for 6 days. We rung the office every day, and Sruli's mobile - no answer. We finally went to find their office and Britannic House which was empty and did not have any signs up, a new build with no sign of a rental company. They are a total nightmare, making you wait and then starting bid auction on the property to see with at least 10 people.This should be forbidden! Rude, unprofessional, they did not hesitate to lie I was shocked and so were the 2 couples I was walking back to the station with. Do not bother to go if they offer a rental unless you are desperate. Not surprised they are so many bad reviews....

I had a great experience and was amazed to see how far their staff went to accommodate me. I couldn't make it to any of the viewing so Mr O'Neil kindly met me at the property at 11pm at night. He let me take a good look around the 2-bed flat and at no time did he make me feel hurried. He answered all my questions and at 11:35pm I arranged to meet him the next day to pay a holding deposit and then complete paperwork. I contacted the agent about a studio and arranged a viewing. He texted me the address and I realised the address is different from the one I had called to query about. I found the advert and pictures of this particular address on the website I think it was Zoopla. The studio was crappy and horrible from the picture and I called him back to cancel. He said ok. The most pathetic agency I have ever dealt with. After looking at their ad, in zoopla for a two bedroom flat for £850, I called multiple times and their phone kept saying leave the address you are looking for, our agents will call you back. One day, received a message to view the apartment with address. When I went there, much to my surprise, there were at least 10 people who came to view the house and the person from agency Joseph, instead of showing the property, he kept on asking people...

What agent could do to change your mind?
First of all, they should pick up their calls. and the next thing is they need to publish the rent of the property correctly, rather than asking bunch of people to view the property and putting auction. also they need to respect the prospective customers. A lot of things need to improve. In my opinion they need to start from scratch.

I have to say i was pretty amused at the amount of people at last nights viewing in Pimlico victoria, Joseph was very busy trying to handle the two flats he was showing, in the end i won the bid and have secured the property, kept to what he has promised so far so good. Very rude "8" agency, who just doesnt care about customer service. Saw their ad on gumtree. Attempted to contact them, and they were very slack about getting in contact. When I finally got through to "Martin" - I detected the dishonesty in his voice, as he tried to push another property on me, in his condescending manner. I would stay clear from these people, and definitely not trust them with any amount of money....

This company is not serious at all! After we put down a holding deposit the agent took days to reply whenever we tried to contact him. We literally had to stalk him just to get a response. We never even got close to see a contract and one day before move in date (the same day they wanted us to sign the contract) they said that the landlord backed out and that we didn\'t get the flat. As an ex tenant I can only say that London Rentals are absolute cowboys. Demanding money to secure a property and then I rented a property that was filthy and I had to pay for it to be cleaned until I could move in. This also happened to other tenants I spoke to. Did they care? No. Did the landlord care? No. What about when mice and rats moved in? The landlord did not respond. Recently I rented a flat from London Rentals and was extremely happy with the service. The property was exactly as it had been described on their advert. There were no problems and Martin was very accommodating! Nothing seemed to be a problem for him. And most importantly the price of the flat is very reasonable and I am paying less per month than I was! All in all I am very pleased with the service and I would have no hesitation in recommending others to rent their home from London Rentals....
