You wouldn't believe me if I told you. Suffice to say, using them makes going to prison seem like a smooth, efficient, and stress free endeavour. Statements they made about the Law of England and Wales were plainly false. They lied about what was written in the contract after I had signed. DO... Read Full Review

I found them amazingly incompetent when I used them as an estate agent. They seem to manage to mess up even the simplest of things. They never gave me 24 hours notice when arranging viewings for my apartment and one time after I had refused them a viewing they turned up anyway and just let... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
