LPS were very quick & efficient dealing with my tenancy. There were no snags/problems & I was in the property within a couple of weeks. There were a few maintenance issues that required attention & were all sorted promptly. I have had to return with further issues within the first few months but all have been sorted by Vicky & the team without any problems. I would definitely recommend LPS....

LPS have been managing property for me throughout Liverpool and the Wirral for 18 months. Having used LPS for the past 12 months they have undertaken everything we would want a letting agent to do. The staff Vicki and Sophie have been very responsive to queries when asked. we shall continue to use as and when we purchase additional properties.The only suggestion I mention would be clearer monthly statement for landlords....

One of the worst experience of my whole tenancy life.never reply to your call and never give your deposit back.took my all deposit to replace one blind which was allready old and mouldy.The property was old dated water leaked in kitchen roof never sortout any mentainence issue.very rude and unproffessional.. please avoid them at any cost ....

I disagree with you comments, we have not taken your deposit and we are still in the process of looking at move in & move out pictures to resolve this deposit dispute. The property was not left in the condition it was given to you. Although I understand your flustrations, but when there is a dispute it can take longer to resolve. When my letting agent, P* N*, was unable to answer questions, such as when the heat would be repaired, he directed me to V* and told me to contact her. When the hot water heater was broken, the electricians called Vicky and told her it would be 70£ for the part that needed replaced. I cannot fault everything that Karon at first, and then Joanne, have done for us. The service has been absolutely fantastic with professional advice and support all the way through. We have been made to feel so welcome and part of a team. I have been renting out properties for many years and in many locations. This service is the best by a country mile. excellent communication with all staff, no hidden charges which was really annoying with other letting agents, I had problems with a previous tenant leaving electric and gas in arrears, this was sorted within hours never mind days, brilliant agency to deal with....

Having used agents in the past to market my properties with not very good results but also not having the time to market them myself I decided to give LPS a go. I have had nothing but great and positive service from LPS. I am a landlord and LPS were recommended to me by a fellow friend who also owns properties in South Liverpool. Rent is always paid on time and if it is late, the staff chase it up accordingly. The staff at both Liverpool branches are always very supportive and helpful. The service from LPS particularly Mr Javed Hussain was outstanding. We met with a few problems during the period of our lease (personal and NOTHING to do with LPS directly) and Mr Hussain could not have been more helpful. LPS are so easy to contact, I never had to wait for a phone to be answered or an email response which made the whole experience of dealing with LPS a pleasure. I have had some difficulties with one of my tenants- not paying; council in arrears to name but a few. I am pleased to say that Vicky has been very robust in dealing with matters on my behalf and has never given up. She clearly understands the market in which we are operating and has worked very hard to find me a solution which I am pleased to say has resulted in all arrears being paid in full....

I was previously with a different agent who became bankrupt and let me with a large mess. I contacted LPS who arranged to meet at the property and very quickly we came up with an action plan to resolve the problems. They have demonstrated a professional, warm and helpful approach and feel reassured that my property is in their hands....

Steer clear of this company. They left me and my partner standing in the freezing cold at a viewing we arranged because they couldn\'t be bothered to phone us to let us know they weren\'t coming. Not only that, they didn\'t return my phone message when I phoned to ask them what had happened. Utterly dreadful service and not customer focused at all. Avoid at all costs....

I have been working with LPS for a number of years. They have managed my property on my behalf in an very professional manner. I receive a monthly statements by email. All maintenance has been reported to me prior to being done,. On one occasion it was an emergency due to a leak from the bathroom into the kitchen, but thanks to there out of hours service to was dealt with immediately and stopped any further damage to my property. I was confirmed several times for a viewing, as i was charging across Liverpool to make the appointment i called to apologise for being late. i was told i had no appointment and no one would be coming to see me. this was made worse by the fact i was i a hail storm at the time. no effort was made to come and meet me. the service is appalling....

Dear Matt, We did speak to you yesterday on three different occasions. We had cancelled the block viewings and apologised that your viewing was not cancelled. Your viewing was at 4:30pm and you said you would be at the property at 4:45 - 4:50pm. We would generally wait 10 minutes for viewings as on 30% of occasions we find viewers do not attend. Our lettings manager did say she would attend at 5:30pm to meet you if you could hold on in the concierge room and Peter in our City office tried to ....

After karren being late for the viewing that was around the corner from the office, she showed us a lovely looking flat, with a few small problems that we were told would be fixed before weve moved in, its now been 3 and a half months, the sinks still leaking, intercom still doesnt work and we cannot connect our tv to the internet. Oh and the washing machine thats also a tumble dryer, is just a normal washing machine. Every time I call, I am told I will get a call back, knowing i wont i usually ...

All these problems are still ongoing 3 months later and to top it all off the boilers now broken and been left unfixed for 2 weeks, leaving us with no hot water or heating. Obviously LPS have came up with numerous excuses as to why the problem must be delayed further. We have also been asked to leave the property, when I asked why.... because of the previous review!....
