Really poor service when reporting problems whilst renting the property. Twice they entered the property without my consent and both times this gone reported back to letwithease but it still happened. When I checked out I was charged for fixing the washing machine that got blocked when I was renting the property and I basically got accused of managing to block it in 2 months when I had previously reported problems with it and got ignored. Tried to dispute my deposit but they tried to charge 100 pounds if did it. Would not advise using this letting agency.

I wish they had an ounce of humanity and morality. I paid for a service and received nothing but the bare minimum throughout my time with them.
