Consistently excellent professional service received over several years from the team in general and Brodie in particular ! Let-It set standards unmatched by other agents in our experience. Every enquiry, concern or request whether from ourselves or our tenants is addressed promptly and consistently followed through to satisfactory conclusion. Being out of the city for most of the year we are heavily dependent on our local agent and Let-It is the best....

Let-it are the best. I have only been a Landlord for 8 years and they have found me tenants for two of my properties who have been with me now for 3 & 4 years respectively and have never missed the rent or damaged my property. Great Agents Janet Buntin of J&S Properties (Glasgow) Limited...

I use the Full-Management service from Let-it for my property and it hs been the best decision I made. They look after my property, deal with the tenants and ll I need to do is look at the bank balance grow each month. Meanwhile, the property is being well looked after thanks to their diligent tenant selection process and excellent management. Can't praise them highly enough....

The agency is very responsive and very easy to communicate with, which is very refreshing - they will reply to e-mails often on the same day and will take the time to explain and answer any concerns/questions. The same is true for repairs; with the exception of emergency repairs - we waited overnight for someone to even answer a call for a plumbing emergency(!). Unfortunately this comes at a cost - this is an extremely expensive agency to rent with, including all the fees and charges set out i...

Extremely expensive. Charges for credit checks, final inspection, minimum cleaning fees upon moving out. Repairs ridiculously expensive as well. These are all in the contract - MAKE SURE YOU READ THE CONTRACT to understand the fees you are going to be charged.

Hi Chris, I hope you manage to see this, my partner and I were planning on renting with yourselves so I decided to look at some reviews of "Let It". It hasnt been too good on the review front from what I can see. I do understand that most people who have a pleasant experience working with you will not review, which is quite normal. I wanted to ask about something you have wrote here which I received mix messages about after calling to find out about the application process. I ...

I have recently became a tenant of a property through let it Glasgow and the service so far has been unacceptable. The condition of the property on the move in date was not up to the standard expected. Despite being told the a professional cleaner had been out to to property prior to moving in, over all the flat was dirty and there was urine in the en suite bathroom. The inventory provided did not even closely match the condition of the property with furniture been used deliberately to cover...

Well where to start. At the viewing the agent will tell you anything. Told us that parking was availed through a permit (lies), that flat is deep cleaned and carpets cleaned after every tenant moves out (lies). Then they will tell you move in date is x, but days before phone and say oh need to change it to y as carpets either need deep clean or replaced and last tennants never handed keys back etc. Many things missed on inspection/inventory and when reported nothing done about majority...

Dear Coach24, I am sorry that your experience with us has not been as it should be. When you move into a property with our company you are given all the procedures you need to follow if repairs etc are not being done. You are given the details of The Housing Repair Panel to who you can report repairs being carried out, you are also given a complaints procedure which is to complain to myself the Regional Manager, none of these you seemed to have followed. Therefore we cannot resolve issues ...

After emailing with no reply and phoning twice we were invited to a group viewing of a house and on arrival were told that first person back to their office would get the property which meant that no-one looked round the property and instead all jumped into their cars so if there were any faults there wasn't time to see them without a thorough look around. There were mothers with prams and small children who didn't have cars and didn't live near to the property which meant they had an unfair dis...

Unfortunately usually only negative comments are left on websites like these - never the countless accounts of positive experiences of our landlords and tenants. As a privately owned ARLA regulated agent, our reputation is important to us and we pay close attention to detail and being fair. Block viewings are the norm in the property industry, both in sales and letting. This will drive interest in the property, and making a rule that the first person back to the office with the deposit we feel i ...
