Hi Eva, I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your experience with Lentinsmith. As you will see on our Google reviews we are an established company and are proud with how we conduct ourselves professionally. We unfortunately heard from the tenant the morning of the viewings that we could no longer attend on the day to show people around, as they we out, so we wouldn't have been able to get in.
