Information for someone who is looking a house to rent. I have been rented at least 12 houses in 7 years recently. I have never had any problem with taking care the house and cleaning it before moving house. Even though some of the landlords or an agent commented that the house was kept cleaner than moving in. Absolutely appalling service from the manchester branch, they lost two sets of keys to our apartment, have left us without fire alarms for more than a month and a leaking washing machine, but can not get in to fix as the keys are lost. Will be moving out as soon as possible....

Ridiculously expensive, keep increasing our rent every few months after telling us it would only be yearly and charges £90 every 6 months to renew our contract.

Incompetent management team and staff...they have absolutely no clue how to look after tenants. Leaders Manchester do not care at all as long as your paying your rent ...l have personally had promises made by leaders staff consecutively. I have complained an email to whom l thought was head office the person l specifically complained about rang me... No president l was made to pay £28 referencing fees some staff are telling me it's 23 some staff are telling me they have never heard of the charge.

The TDS states that after your tenancy your deposit should be released within 10 days, well, it took 3 months. I placed a court money claim on the internet and eventually they were forced to pay £60 extra for the claim cost. I emailed them lots of times and even called them trying to find out why they were keeping my money. They always said 'my boss is not here' and excuses like that.
