What agent could do to change your mind?
Conducted inventory and check out inspections accurately without rushing and with refernce to moving in inspections. Responding to concerns raised without huge delays. Give better customer service, without being condescending and inapropriate. Acknowledge and compensate for errors made.

unfortunately due to the fact that we are not informed of the identity of this landlord, we cannot add a response to this complaint, other that all complaints are dealt with thoroughly and timely and inspections carried out at the request of the landlord, as are check out reports on every vacation, unless requested not to do so, therefore this seems unlikely to be as explained here. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Complaints Procedure

Call the Lettings manager to get a resolve to the problem.

If not happy with this write in a formal complaint to the Branch manager, we will reply to your letter within 7 days and work with you to solve the issue.

If we cannot resolve the matter with you then you can refer the matter to the TPO for them to arbitrate.
