Considering the amount of fees we paid to this agent, we felt customer service was sadly lacking. When asked to chase for information we were given the impression we were expecting too much. Consequently, we undertook a great deal of this ourselves. On completion day we had no contact from this agent which meant we had to contact them to arrange handing over of keys to our buyers. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have been more helpful and at least have thanked us for our business considering the amount of fees paid.
Comment on agent fees
The fee percentage was standard but considering the standard of service, we didn\'t feel it was value for money.

Terrible service, phone up on Tuesday to book a house viewing on Thursday at 5:30. Turn up 10 minutes early and wait until 5:40 with no sign of an agent. Call up the office and speak to the person who is meant to be showing us around the house. They have apparently called me to confirm my viewing (no missed calls, no voicemail left), and therefore have no showed up to the viewing. The response to me saying that calling up on Tuesday was me confirming was that we assume people will check their ph...

Train employees on customer service skills. Speak to prospective buyers directly rather than leaving ghost voicemails.
