What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have been more helpful and at least have thanked us for our business considering the amount of fees paid.

The fee percentage was standard but considering the standard of service, we didn't feel it was value for money.

Train employees on customer service skills. Speak to prospective buyers directly rather than leaving ghost voicemails.
