All staff were very quick, friendly, helpful it's not often you can get such excellent service. The process of sorting out the tenancy was very smooth and quick. Upon viewing the house I have moved into I found it to be clean and well maintained. When collecting the keys it was an easy process and I was talked through the process with total professionalism. If I could I would give 0 stars! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! They was issues prior to us moving in, they haven't sorted any out. Our property is now really dangerous. They are the worst Letting Agents I have ever experienced. Staff are rude and lazy. They treat tenants like crap. Trust me, just look elsewhere...

As a first time tenant I found KIS staff easy to approach and really helpful with all my questions and needs no matter how small they were. I couldn't of ask for a quicker or stress free process and the dlighted insurance was a really fantastic help too. What a really lovely office to deal with....

My first time renting with KIS Lettings, I found the staff knowledgeable, helpfull and friendly. They put me at ease and helped everything go through without a problem. Lauren pennock helped me out when I first come with a list of things to do and was very helpful and friendly and that list helped me sort out what I needed to do first.
