Terrible service, we weren't given all/the correct keys, not told which parking spaces were ours or given door codes. We were constantly told someone would get back to us when trying to arrange things and it never happened.

Do not use KFH, no communications with the landlord and the tenants, both parties now resent using KFH. Unspeakable and useless in every way possible. Very quick to take money based on any opportuity. Alway pulling the wool over everybodies eyes. Lazy and no care ...
