From the first moment we contacted them they have been completly useless. Complete mixed messages about availibilty and viewings. No one knows what's happening when you call. Additionally the last we had contact with was very dishonest. The current occupants of the house tried to warn us while we were viewing the property and she deliberately tried to speak over the tenant and even told us the lady was a real problem! Unprofessional...... and we've had a lot of experience with estate agents...

We had a very unfortunately experience with this agency in 2015, being first time buyers KFH Blackheath took complete advantage of our lack of knowledge in the housing market. We made a number of offers on a property close to the village and in the end we lost the property to other KFH customer that was selling a very highly priced property with the same agent. Natalie was the best letting agent I have experienced over the 10 years I have been renting in London, she was always honest, courteous and helpful. There were some relatively significant issues with the condition of the flat at the start of the tenancy. Natalie helped us to get them sorted, and helped to smooth interactions with the landlord. DO NOT USE KFH!!!!!!!! I was attacked by my housemate and was advised by the police to seek emergency refuge, which I did. I moved out of the property and continued to pay rent whilst a new tenant was found. The process dragged on for FOUR WEEKS!!! Not only this but I was forced to pay to have the new tenant re referenced and to pay for the new tenants deposit to be protected, fees totalled almost £350!!! I don't see what the problem is here. Not the agents fault that your housemate attacked you. Also you should be made to cover costs. Also your tenancy was joint and several I imagine, so it's correct you were pursued for bills. ...

As a tenant we found KFH to be disappointing and of questionable competence. A number of half truths were told to get us to sign up and then promises not fulfilled, for example we ended up having to completely clean our property despite them including a commitment to professionally clean in advance. On departure our view of their competence dropped further and they regularly flouted the contract terms. Steer clear....

Employ competent staff who read the contract documents and treat people with integrity.

Natalie was a complete superstar in helping us secure a lovely rental apartment. Do not use this company to manage your property. Not only do they not follow basic instructions, get my name and address of property wrong they don\'t improve their service after a complaint is made. The head of management Natalie Brownsmead was contacted due to the level of service and to be honest she is as incapable as her staff. DO NOT waste your money by having them manage your property....
