DO NOT RENT from these people our property is full of damp and mould which they knew about but just painted over it , we are the 3rd family to move out in 2 years because of this and we actually asked before we decided to rent if there was any mould as our 2 month daughter at the time has bad... DO NOT LET YOUR PROPERTY THROUGH KING AND CHASEMORE!! I CAN'T SHOUT IT LOUDLY ENOUGH! One star as can't leave no stars - really these agents deserve NO STARS They will cause you nothing but heartache and loss of money. Don't give them any of your money! Find another agent - probably a smaller one. One that doesn't lie to you, call out contractors that you haven't asked for and then expect you to pay their exorbitant fees without any consultation… I could go on for hours. Don't go there - take it from someone who has had to deal with a shedload of Sh1t for the last 6 months!!
