We recently bought a property in Saltdean for our Mum to move back near the family. The property was being sold through King & Chasemore (Longridge Avenue Saltdean) We had a really good experience with them. The communication was great all the way through the process, even when there was a problem in our chain which made the stressful experience easier to bear.
They have a strong team lead by Susie ( the manager) who is completely professional and experienced.
I honestly would recommend using them

DO NOT RENT from these people our property is full of damp and mould which they knew about but just painted over it , we are the 3rd family to move out in 2 years because of this and we actually asked before we decided to rent if there was any mould as our 2 month daughter at the time has bad... DO NOT RENT from these people our property is full of damp and mould which they knew about but just painted over it , we are the 3rd family to move out in 2 years because of this and we actually asked before we decided to rent if there was any mould as our 2 month daughter at the time has bad allergies to be told none have been reported. 3 weeks in and black mould appeared in every room , having to keep windows open in the coldest months is not ideal and to find out there is a leak from the boiler and damp coming through walls and other things that were reported from previous tenants 3 years before which still hadn't been fixed , they would not come when Envirometal health came to property and still haven't come to see the mould or state of the property since we moved in , we asked for them to surrender the property which they just ignored and told me to stop reporting things and complaing, now we've got told to move before the break clause and now have to find extra money to move yet again which could of been avoided. They are very rude and never answer emails unless it's something they want you to do. AVOID this Micky mouse company their a bunch of liars

DO NOT LET YOUR PROPERTY THROUGH KING AND CHASEMORE!! I CAN'T SHOUT IT LOUDLY ENOUGH! One star as can't leave no stars - really these agents deserve NO STARS They will cause you nothing but heartache and loss of money. Don't give them any of your money! Find another agent - probably a smaller one. One that doesn't lie to you, call out contractors that you haven't asked for and then expect you to pay their exorbitant fees without any consultation… I could go on for hours. Don't go there - take it from someone who has had to deal with a shedload of Sh1t for the last 6 months!!

They will cause you nothing but heartache and loss of money. The staff are complete incompetents as well as rude, ignorant, useless. they are there for the tenants not the landlords and as many other landlords have said in reviews onhere, you would be so much better off just managing your property yourselves.
Do not give them your money! You will be seriously out of pocket and seriously bruised after dealing with these agents and will wonder why you didn't listen to the reviews.
For your own sake, don't put yourself through the heartache - it will make you lose all faith in humanity!! Seriously!!!!
