Thank you for your comments and feedback. I took over King & Chasemore Storrington as the Branch Manager in March 2014 and this complaint dates back to before that time to the previous manager. As soon as I noticed this review I got in touch with the customer and listened to her concerns as I feel strongly about our customer's feelings and our reputation.
