Comment on agent fees
We were going to use an online agent because of the high street fees but we were so glad we used King & Chasemore because they were able to steady the ship when we had our property down valued by the surveyor.

Not the cheapest in the area but worth every penny. They see the process through from listing to completion - attention to detail far supersedes other local agents and online competitors.

I have taken over the day to day running of the branch in January 2018 and pride myself in customer service and being straight forward, honest and reliable.
