We have viewed a number of properties listed by Kennedys and both my experience and impression of them tells me that they always price the property at the very ambitious/non-achievable pricing target so that they can win the exclusive marketing of the properties. As a result, the properties end up sitting on the market for a long time (6-12 months except for when market conditions are rarely hot or of sellers market like what is happening now in the middle of the pandemic) with asking prices be ...
