Abd now they are lying saying there was an in depth discussion before we signed the contract saying we would still have to pay the admin fee if we changed to them when it was never mentioned once! This is a disgrace. ...

I looked into this personally,and we admit there was a typing mistake in the letter informing him that the tenants were vacating ,so it read the tenants were vacating in 13 months time,but this did not mean we should pay Mr Green the extra 12 months rent he sought. Sometimes we are prevented from giving further information in view of client confidentiality He is welcome to his view. Our mission is to ensure clients are happy,but rarely do they bother to give positive comments with such sites. ...
