Comment on agent fees
KEEP PROPERTIES explained the fees straight away, but didn't pressurise us to pay quickly in any way and they carried-on working despite all the fees not having been cleared exactly on time. Having seen the amount of work put in over such an intense period of time, I feel the fees are well earnt and represent value for money - which is a rare thing in this market!

Comment on agent fees
I have no issues with paying fees for a service; it is a business after all; however they have a nerve to charge anything at all for customer service that they provide (as a tenant this was only an admin charge) - which is not extortionate, however the saying 'you pay for what you get' very much applies.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Respect others, learn how to treat customers and how to talk to humans appropriately! Care for the service which you provide and those whom do business with you. Return contact to your clients. Keep your clients updated with any progress made on any issues raised. Provide reasonable heaters and furniture which is fit to use if this is included in the property. DO NOT LIE! Solve problems/fix goods when they are fall apart from being so old that they should have been replaced yrs before, not several months later. Think of your clients and not the pennies you make. Do not blame others for the mistakes/changes that you make! Get another career!!!Attached Filesnbsp;

Fees are reasonable IF the service and furniture that goes with it are not disgustingly disgraceful! And if promises prior to contract beginning were kept!
