My experience with Just Lets as a landlord has been very disappointing. For all of their reassurances my property has not been returned in a good state and I would not recommend them....

Permitted Payments
- Rent
- Deposit equivalent to 5 weeks
- Holding Deposit equivalent 1 week
- Changes (variations) to tenancy when requested by tenant – £50 incl vat
- Early termination £50 incl vat plus landlords costs
- Utility payments
- Default fee’s (late rent) £50 incl vat – replacing lost keys £50 incl vat plus cost of changing locks or replacing keys
