Jordan's has been a great agency to deal with to date. When we first started to look for a flat they were accommodating and allowed us to view the same property a couple of times. Things such as the ability to make payments online have made things easier than previous experiences when living in other properties. Staff are friendly and approachable. My move in went very smoothly and on my first day in the house I noticed a couple of problems within the property so I emailed Jack Owen and he called me immediately in the morning and arranged for a plumber who came within an hour and fixed the problem,so far I have found Jack and Jordanls to be professional courteous and efficient,in fact it's refreshing as my last agent treated me not like a walking pound note and were the opposise of the service I have so far received.thank you for your hel...

I've been using Jordan's of Fallowfield to rent 9 of my properties for the last 7 years. As a landlord what you want is high occupancy with decent tenants. That\'s exactly what my experience has been! Out of a total of say 3276 rentable weeks my vacancy total is running at 19. ie Just over 2days per property per year. I call that an incredible result. Ali was great with dealing with tenants. Viewings were arranged and Jack from Jordans was present for viewings and did great job showing them round. Contracts and all paperwork was done in a great format which was easy to follow. Would defiantly recommend Jordans in Fallowfield....

Our agent makes the whole re-lettings process incredibly easy for us. They keep us informed throughout and are not afraid to chase us where necessary. During the year they answer our questions and offer advice, even though they do not manage the property for us. They are much better at communicating with us than other agents we use....

I have found Jordans, and Ali in particular very professional and very efficient in my dealings with them. They have been prompt to answer any questions and proactive in dealing with prospective tenants. They have also been helpful in finding an electrician to carry out the PAT testing when ours was unavailable as well as offering sound advice on dealing with tenants at the end of the lease. I would certainly recommend Jordans in Fallowfield based on my experience....

I've been using Jordan's Fallowfield since 2008 and have had no problems to date. I'm based in Ireland so it\'s very important to me to use an agent that are competent and trustworthy which Jordans are. They fully manage a few properties for me and are always available to answer my call should I have an issue. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any landlord....

Brilliant service!!! My property has been consistently let for the past 3 years with no void period. All members of staff in the office are really friendly and have excellent knowledge of the area. Each set of tenants that they have found for me have been wonderful and i have had no issues at all. Would definitely recommend Jordan\'s to any landlords!!...

First of all I am really glad that I read these reviews. I truly thought that I was the only person who was going through all these problems. I am practically going to repeat what everyone has said. I still have not left the property but if I had the chance I would not stay for another day. What agent could do to change your mind?
1) they have to change their attitude. 2) keep their promises 3) stick to the agreement 4) be more concerned about their reputation 5) Allow tenants to get in direct contact with the landlord as they seem to blame them all the time.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have done ANYTHING! They have done nothing for us. They have given us no information, they have no idea what they are doing. The staff are rude and absolutely useless. I have never been more horrified with the service i have received from these people. They have a bad reputation with landlords as well, they put us in touch with a house and landlord which are shady and disappointing.

Jordan's Residential Lettings Ltd are the worst agent by far that I have had the misfortune of dealing with. My comments only repeat of those already made by others. The staff are extremely rude and incompetent and its funny how a number of things have been blamed on systems crashing. I had numerous problems with the property I lived in, one job I reported took over half a year to resolve and this was to simply replace a blind! Complaints Procedure


All branch staff will deal with the normal day to day problems on a one to one basis but once a formal complaint has been raised, i.e. Γ’Β€ΒœI am not satisfied with the standard of work/conduct/behaviour etc and I wish to make a complaintҀ then at that stage you are requested to put your complaint in writing and send it to Colette Byers, Customer Manager at JordanҀ™s Residential Lettings Ltd. Directors Office, The Blake Building, 351 Wilmslow Road, Fallowfield, Manchester, M14 6XS.
Your grievance letter will be investigated thoroughly in accordance with established Γ’Β€Βœin house proceduresҀ and a reply sent to you within 14 working days of receipt of your original letter. This reply may request further information from you or advise you as to the progress of the investigation, or indeed the reply maybe our conclusion following the investigation. You will then be invited to make any comments that you may have in relation to this response.
