Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that you felt the service was not satisfactory however our staff the best intentions for both the seller and the purchaser to ensure that the sale goes through which is to the advantage of all involved. It does not appear that you raised any of these concerns at the time of the sale to the Partner of the office where we would have taken any comments on board and potentially adopted any strategies to suit you. Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that you felt this was not acceptable however standard pracice requires an agent to take any reported breach of the head lease or tenancy agreement seriously, which was the reason for the attendance on this day. There were numerous attempts to enter the property via yourself providing the access however there was no response and as such we were obliged to investigate further.
This matter has now been resolved by discussing this with you in person. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
