The worst we have ever experienced after 10 different rented properties in the UK. They try to claim as much deposit as they can, and if you leave 2 weeks early, even with a new tenant arranged (so no financial loss to the landlord) they will charge you £360 in 'fees'. These are not displayed on your contract, or on their website (which we archived), leaving them in a legally questionable position. Horrible experience. They try to keep as much money as they can from deposit. It takes them weeks to do their part of the paperwork but they demand you to do yours within 24 hours. They write in their contract they will tell you how much they will take from your deposit within 10 days but they actually take weeks. They are dishonest and twist everything to get away with whatever they want. Will never use them again....
