This company are an absolute disgrace. I am sadly beholden to them as I am locked into a tenancy agreement which I am unable to break. I was witness to one of the most DISGUSTING email exchanges I've ever had the displeasure of reading yesterday courtesy of their appalling excuse for a Property Manager,* and she deals (I use this term LOOSELY) with tenants based in Birmingham City Centre.
