Their properties are sub-standard, dilapidated and downright shoddy, due to the refusal of Oxley to carry out even the most basic maintenance.
Please do not risk any kind of dealing with these cowboys. Also, please help to have this firm shut down....

This tenant refused to communicate over rent arrears and repairs for many months and was eventually the subject of a lawful eviction. The property was left in a very poor state but has since been fully refurbished and let to the same excellent tenant for over 6 years. ...
