arrived at 10am at loughbrough and informed team where l am. I called with good faith to advise my mini cab will be picking me up in 5mins so l will therefore be only approx 5mins late. It cost me £80 to get to Loughbrough station and for the sake of 5mins the staff advised, no sorry l can't view the property. I find the Agent unprofessional with no human empathy and extreamly arrogant and rude.
Would not recommend to anyone. Complete time wasters. ...
