In all cases were a tenant fails a reference check the letting agent is under no obligation to refund the deposit, which is made clear to all applicants. We always strive to be fair and as flexible as possible when dealing with tenants. Our staff felt intimidated which is why the office was locked and the safety of our staff is paramount. ...

I use this company on a regular basis for valuation work and have always found them to very helpful, knowledgeable and competitive in their fees. I do not understand what the comment "they made up the price of the survey on the spot" means. I would certainly recommend them and in fact have done so several times. ...

I totally agree about Gary Mehra being unprofessional and greedy - many promises made but not kept to, just wants money in his pocket - however once you have got over his seedy letting manner other members of the team took over and handled matters very well and in a friendly and efficient way. ...
