The fees we paid seemed higher than what we have paid in the past. We have rented properties with different agents every year for the past 5 years and have never had to pay over circ. ‚£150 per person. We wanted the house so the fees paid did not deter.

I think anyone would prefer for the fees to be cheaper. With regards to the rent I pay, I did not question it to be honest so my fault and have found out since that the rate should be ‚£350 or lower in this area and have seen other properties at this amount.
