Initially i felt the tenant fee's were quite high and although they are high, I do feel it was value for money. As i said all members of the team were very proactive, efficient , friendly and professional. As I could clearly see that they worked really hard I had no issues with paying this agency fee'. Some agencies tenants have to chase to be kept up to date. I felt Jan Fosters always kept us informed, guided us through a smooth process and went above and beyond to organise things the way we wanted.
