Seem fair enough. Paying the landlords side of the renewal fees (£60) seems a little petty when we pay him £14'400 a year (and he just put the rent up), but that's down to the landlord, not the agency.

We have rented out our bedsit through Jan Fosters this last year. The first tenant was found within 3 hours of the property going on the rental market. He recently handed in his notice and the property again was let quickly with only 7 days of it being vacant between tenants. Communication is prompt and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to other landlords looking for a speedy and professional service.
