It's tricky because our house sold so fast we almost felt we didn't get our money's worth as no one from JF had to show anyone around but ultimately we know that the speed of the sale was down to the fact that we were online very quickly, potential customers notified, and very good photos, all from JF.

Unfortunately because of buying and selling, the combined cost was probably more than we would have expected, however my personal opinion is, i dont mind paying a little extra to recieve a quality service.
