Laurie-Ann is lovely and helped us in the finding of a new property. It isn’t managed by James Anderson, so I can’t comment on their service. But they were friendly, efficient and communicative throughout the referencing and initial letting process....

Relocating for new job, needed a flat within 3 weeks. Rory was appropriately quick to respond, providing details of properties and arranging viewings. Throughout the process he was informative, attentive to needs, friendly, efficient, and ultimately professional. Without his help, it's very doubtful that a suitable ...

Horrific service - I lived in my flat for over ten years and was a model tenant. James Anderson Lettings repeatedly refused to carry out essential repairs to property so I was without hot water or heating for six months (leading to me being hospitalised) ...

Comment on agent fees
High but not excessively high for London. When I left they informed me that I owned nearly a thousand pounds in unpaid renewal fees from several years' earlier; I have a written record proving that I paid my renewal fee every year, and this was the first time they had ever contacted me about this unpaid bill that allegedly had gone unpaid for several years.

I was obviously disappointed to see your review below and the comments you have made. I would welcome a conversation with you in order to discuss this matter so that I can help resolve your feelings about my company who had only been acting as the managing agents for the property for a number of months which was a long time after your problems with the property started to occur. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
