Absolutely appalling and depressing to deal with. Deductions made from rental income with no explanation. Invoices/explanations requested but not provided. Repair work paid for and never carried out. Money demanded upfront for repairs then charged for again on completion and never refunded. Despite of the great property in Balham, I was very disappointed with Jacksons Estate Agency. Before signing the contract, it was all rushes, granted. However we had an issue with our boiler and we spent 3 weeks in January without hot water nor heating and by then, there was no rush at all. Staff did not bother to help us at all and we had to call the technician, set appointments in our working hours and get it fixed by our own. The landlord/agency never worried for our comfort/welfare....

Amber helped with a change of tenancy as I was leaving our property, so the tenancy was being replaced mid term with a new tenant. When the changeover process began, Amber was extremely organised and efficient with keeping us updated, getting paperwork signed and completed and the whole process was super swift and easy. Abbe was great from the word go. She was always on time, friendly but professional, and managed to rent out our property within a day! After that, the process was very smooth from the tenants being found until when they moved in. What I especially liked was the flexibility in that I could do as little or as much as I wanted in the whole process. Well done Jacksons for successfully managing the process from beginning to end. Would definitely use them again....

Fees were reasonable for the service provided. Whilst they were not the cheapest, I did feel that they provided value for money. Amber was extremely efficient with the paperwork side of things and was great at chasing both parties in a professional way.

Absolutely disgraceful agents. Withholding our deposit, we have no email communication for weeks, sometimes months over simple issues. Complete lack of service and responses, and an inability to solve any issues you have with the property. Extremely poor tenant management. Would never recommended and would give less than one star. Having used a few agents in London, and then experiencing Jacksons I would strongly advise steering clear of them....

We started a lease on a property on Bedford Hill that was organised by Jackson's in November 2015 and terminated in November 2016. We've found Jamie-Leigh to always be very responsive and helpful. At the start of our tenancy we were a little disappointed that certain things ie the dishwasher being faulty, the entry phone not working and the sink being a very slow drain were not mentioned.
