We sat outside the property for 40 minutes waiting for the agent to show up, which she never did. When we finally got through to the office on the phone the agent who was meant to be showing us the property simply told us she had forgotten about us, with no apology offered - just a 'Can we do ... Wholly unprofessional, and we aren't surprised that the landlords have been struggling to rent the property if the agent can't actually be bothered to turn up to viewings!
We will be avoiding Jackson-Stops like the plague - and would advise any landlords to think twice before using their services!

I am using JSS for letting and selling and have found all those involved easy to deal with, reliable and informative. The letting was done smoothly and efficently and hopefully, when/if the market stabilises, I can see no reason why the sale will not proceed in the same professional manner. I have used them to sell a previous property and found of all the agents involved they were the most honest and trustworthy.
