Deposits at Isaac Anthony are held with Deposit Protection Scheme which is an independent organisation which protects both Landlords and tenants against any deductions or damages. If any individual disagrees to any decisions they can utilise the Deposit Protection dispute system which will request information from all parties and make a independent decision. Me AGAIN!
The intercom is still not fixed, now nearing the 11 month mark! The oven was fixed after 2 weeks of not having one.

I am a landlord and my tenants have had issues since November 2009 which Isaac Anthony failed to tell me about until January 2010. Not only did they not bother to help my tenants, they do not return calls (13 so far) or emails (4 so far).
