We have no idea who you are. Everyone in the offices are happy to give the CEO's name and mobile number. If you look at our website we have loads of good reviews. To confirm the landlord decided to take back the flat at no fault of the agency. We called you in the morning and immediately refunded your holding fee. We also offered to help you find another apartment for you but you were more interested in telling me that you were going to write negative comments about our agency. We did explain that unless the agreement was signed the owner of the property is able to change his mind. Throughout the process Icon acted in the correct and proper manner. We wis ...
