Jacob who does viewings, is lovely, and is the only one who has engaged with us, who know who we are, and might know something about us. When we purchased our house through Hunters they marketed the property as having a 1.5 acre plot. Since purchasing we have subsequently found out this 1.5 acres is actually less than 1 acre.
