The agent's non refundable fees were £150 per person for each referencing check [4 persons] and 1 admin fee of £150. Being our 1st experience of estate agents lettings we have nothing to compare to, so cannot say if this is good or bad.

We are sorry your feel you have received a bad service from Hunters, we would just like to clarify with you what happened. When you informed us that you wanted to take the property the member of the team dealing with you at the time, informed you she would have to check with the Landlord that he was happy to let the property to you. Upon speaking to the Landlord, he informed my colleague that he really only wanted a single occupancy rent which he hadn't informed us previously of. My colleague co ...
