Stefan is excellent and he goes above and beyond!
He really is not like any other estate agent, he helped negotiate, between us and the landlord, a deal that was best for everyone.
He never even mentioned bidding or anything like that and he took into consideration what kind of tenants we are and personally recommended us to the landlord. We were more than just numbers on a paper.
He is very personable, easy to talk to and he answered all our questions and took the time to consider our concerns.
In our 7 years of renting through multiple agencies, we thought that all agents are the same. But not Stefan, he is really good and really puts in the effort.
Thank you for getting us the property Stefan!
