Hunters have just sold my mum’s house and the whole experience went so smoothly from start to finish. James did the valuation and was kind and professional. Rebecca who handled the sale kept my sister and I informed at every step and was quick to respond to our messages and quick to resolve any problems. The other staff at Hunters were lively too and helped us so much in what had been avery emotional time for us. Thank you all so much! ?❤️

Unprofessional service and unhelpful
I rang with a query a couple of weeks before completion and spoke with an advisor called Alison
Her lack of interest and Unprofessionalism showed
She wasn’t interested in my questions and was very rude over the phone. I found her attitude appalling
My friend viewed a property recently with hunters bingley and got the impression they have 0% interest in finding the right buyer for the right property
She has since chosen a reputable agent who has happily found her her forever home
I will not use Hunters again!!!
My advice is spend your money with an estate agent who really wants to help you find the right home and do not waste your time or money with these clowns

Hunters do very little to improve the service they offer. During a rental period of six months they basically did nothing to help our poor experience improve. For the past four years we have been subjected to nothing but empty promises and extremely substandard service. We must have had a dozen different issues with leaks, damp and cracks - each time we notified the office as and when they arose, and have repeatedly been met with a pathetic, couldn't care less attitude. They respond to queries and arrange for problems to be solved after constant contact and reminding, however if we were to miss a rent payment they would no doubt be on it like a rat up a drain pipe. I know others that have had to use them as an intermediary between themselves and their landlord; upon handing in their notice to leave the premises they were advised to clean the windows, re-grout the bathroom and deep clean the carpets amongst other ridiculous expensive requirements. A far cry from the state they were found in! We have been expected to fit our schedules around them for inspections, when as previously mentioned, their efforts with regards to fixing problems with the property have been non-existent. Looking forward to the day we can hand in our notice!! Ps. The option for no stars is not available...

This company is one to avoid like the plague if you are thinking of renting accommodation. My son had to take them to the ombudsman to resolve the many issues encountered. This company is one to avoid like the plague if you are thinking of renting accommodation.
My son had to take them to the ombudsman to resolve the many issues encountered.

This is the worst estate agents I have ever been with and I have been with my fair share. Every time i called them or went in for anything I was made to feel like I was a nuisance and they didnt want to help. I was very accomadating with them when viewers wanted to come round (the property i was renting was also up for sale) and they repayed us by charging us for any tiny little thing with a extortionate price and not letting us know if viewers cancelled who we said we would let so were waiting for them (this happened on numerous occasions). They lack customer service, do not care about their tenants and in the end made us move out as a result of their approach. Which means the landlady would have missed out on months rent as the property is now empty. I asked hunters a number of times for the email of my landlord which was ignored. I also emailed a complaint which was also ignored. Terrible service. I would recommend anybody looking to use hunters for any service to seriously reconsider as as soon as they have you signed up they no longer care. I have stayed in a lot of places and have never had any deposit deducted but hunters deducted 200 pounds from me because of a loose toilet seat and some slight mould in the bathroom. How much can a toilet seat seriously cost?! (They also would not tell me how much they had deducted for this). Avoid!
