We booked a viewing for a flat to let, receiving an email confirmation with a time and place. We arrived to find that no one from the agency had turned up to meet us, and on phoning up the agency found that we hadn't been booked in anyone's diary - the man on the phone was very apologetic and offered to come meet us at the property himself the next day. We arrived the next day to again find no one to meet us! I left messages with the front office but no one got back to me and I left the property...
