What agent could do to change your mind?
They need to remember that customers are potentially going to pay them a lot of money and need to appear to be at least trying to earn it. When a vendor hears nothing from them for months it does not lead you to feel that they are working hard on your behalf. Also, the telephone manner of their staff needs improvement - I called up pretending to be a customer interested in my house and was given incorrect information and then promised a callback which never materialised.Attached Filesnbsp;
