APPALLING SERVICE
We used Hunters in Pudsey to sell our property. During our dealings with them the levels of service were appalling. Mismanagement and total lack of communication resulted in us attending the office to try and resolve the issue.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have tried apologising in the first instance, rather than first ignoring it, and then apologising for us having reading it, as it was intended for us, as if it was fully okay for them to write insulting language about their customers as long as they didn't show them? since then they could have some regard to what customer service is and tried to resolve the matter, instead of trying to bully us.Attached Filesnbsp;
Comment on agent fees
They refused to even try and achieve the minimum value they set for the house, and they expect a full fee,knowing that that left their customers in a bad position. demanding interest, without providing details, and while the matter is being reviewed by the the Property Ombudsmen, instead of waiting for the complaints process to finish. disgusting as we are not refusing to pay, so are not in default, merely not paying until we know the outcome of the complaint they failed to deal with themselves?
