We used Jennifer Edmonds to find a tenant for a flat we recently purchased in Tunbridge Wells. Having used various agents before, we find we frequently need to continually chase them to make sure things are being attended to. However, we were delighted to discover Jen is completely different - responsive, efficient and great at taking care of the details. That's a huge help as we live overseas! Highly recommended if you need an agent in the area.
