I want to thank you for your quality and efficient service, you managed to find a buyer for the home very quickly and got a good price for it. It's a shame the survey report valued the house for less but overall I'm happy that you managed to squeeze as much out as possible. The proceedings of the sale did drag on but this was due to the buyer's solicitors. Great service, totally hands off, great prices for improvements, very good communication, achieved a higher rent than marketed for and tenants moved in within a week. The best charges and management package than any agent in the area, was worried this would reflect in a worse servive though so far unable to fault the service at all. Asdaq/Homefinders dealt with this somewhat tricky transaction (in part because the seller was rather impatient and hotheaded, and in part because it was a slightly complicated purchase - a buy to let in which there were already tenants in situ, so he had to deal with quite a few questions from myself, and issues that I felt would have been slowed down by involving the solicitors). I was very profesionally helped by Asdaq through the whole proces. He was very helpfull and more than willing to go the extra mile, even on his day off it was too much trouble for him to pick up keys. He was very thorough in explaining the different options available to me and their company was the only one with the option to garantee rent. All in all a very pleasnat experience....

I have to say that i have never been so pleased to work with an agency. Asdaq being the branch manager did a great job with making sure i was fully informed on all steps of the processes and understanding my concerns, also made sure i understood everything before asking me to sign any sort of contracts. Thank you for your kind comments. Our aim is to rent and sell properties in the shortest time frame possible. We understand that keeping properties empty costs our landlords on a dially basis. Having said that we always make sure its quality buyers and tenants and do not operate on a first come first serve basis! It helps when we have thousands of qualified tenants on our books already! WOW. After being let down by another local agency it was a breath of fresh air speaking with the branch manager Asdaq. He gave me a complete rundown of both sales and lettings valuations for my property. Was never pushing me to sign anything. Understood my reasons and really felt he listed and gave genuine advise to me. His knowledge of the local area was amazing, his marketing strategy was creative I really felt he wanted to sell my property. Its a shame not more agents act like this. Well done...

All our staff a re fully trained to give landlords accurate reflections on where the market is at hence we can give accurate market appraisals for bioth sales and lettings. We do not believe in hard sell as selling or renting your home would be a key decision for any landlord and many aspects have to be considered we at Homefinders a[appreciate this.....

After going round a couple of agencies trying to find a flat for myself with no positive results, I finally walked into Homefinders office in Stratford and in less than a week the agency was able to arrange a suitable property for me with very convenient terms. I must commend the level of professionalism exhibited by the staff as well. I recommend this agency for anybody looking for a propertuy to rent in London....

Agent told me that parking available via Residential Car Permit. Property I rented was a newly built Car Free property for which Council do not issue residential permit but agent simply lied about it. Also just after paying their fee, they are unreachable for any query and always ask me to approach owner. Terrible service...

Agent should have informed me that I won\'t be getting residential parking permit or after molving in they should have helped me to get a car park.

Hi we appreciate you would like your agent to stay fully involved in whole process. The agreement with the Landlord was a "LET ONLY" agreement. The reason we ask you to speak with the owner directly as it is specified on our agreement to not carry out works, or collect rent from the tenants. Fees

We have 4 different options for landlords let only, value management, premium management, and premium plus. Premium plus have features like guaranteed rent on time, free emergency cover, free use of our handymen for 6 hours a year, 3 inspections a year etc. Apart from let only where we charge our fee upfront when we find the right tenant all the rest is charged monthly.

Complaints Procedure

Should you have a complaint please email admin@homefinders.net requesting one of our complaints forms. Once the form is completed and returned, in accordance with our complaint procedure we will be looking into your complaint to establish, amongst other things:



  • How/why the issue above happened?

  • Whether it was avoidable?

  • What corrective steps we need to take?


We will reply to you within ten working days with our response, if that's not possible we will contact you to let you know this and provide an estimate of when we will be able to respond in full.


We take our customers complaints very seriously and, if you're unhappy with our initial decision, we offer two stages of escalation:


1 - Escalation to our Managing Director (Mr H Sehri - haydar@homefinders.net).


2 - If you are still not happy then the complaint can be escalated to The Property Ombudsman, whose ultimate decision we would be bound by (details of how to complain to The Property Ombudsman are available at www.tpos.co.uk )
