My property was handed back from Newham Council unexpectedly. Zahid on request took ownership of my predicament. He refurbished my property ready for re-let in a timely maner. He also kept me updated on the process.. I was therefore able to rely on his decision making, due to my work demands. Homefinders provided a very good service. The inspection on hand over and on departure was thorough without being picky. Issues, such as lost keys, we\'re dealt with during the tenancy. And extensions, with the landlords approval, we're accommodated....

Managed to find a tenant quickly at the required rent. Also, have been helpful evicting last tenant and chasing up arrears. Emails dealt with efficiently and calls are returned. I would recommend Homerfinders....

We have 4 different options for landlords let only, value management, premium management, and premium plus. Premium plus have features like guaranteed rent on time, free emergency cover, free use of our handymen for 6 hours a year, 3 inspections a year etc. Apart from let only where we charge our fee upfront when we find the right tenant all the rest is charged monthly.

Complaints Procedure

Should you have a complaint please email admin@homefinders.net requesting one of our complaints forms. Once the form is completed and returned, in accordance with our complaint procedure we will be looking into your complaint to establish, amongst other things:

  • How/why the issue above happened?

  • Whether it was avoidable?

  • What corrective steps we need to take?

We will reply to you within ten working days with our response, if that's not possible we will contact you to let you know this and provide an estimate of when we will be able to respond in full.

We take our customers complaints very seriously and, if you're unhappy with our initial decision, we offer two stages of escalation:

1 - Escalation to our Managing Director (Mr H Sehri - haydar@homefinders.net).

2 - If you are still not happy then the complaint can be escalated to The Property Ombudsman, whose ultimate decision we would be bound by (details of how to complain to The Property Ombudsman are available at www.tpos.co.uk )
